Operator and contact

Dardan Shabani, an individual based in Kosovo, operates TailSketch AI and is responsible for the personal information processed to provide this service. Contact support@tailsketchai.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information we process

We process the photo you upload, the pet name you provide, generated artwork, order identifiers, payment status, generated PDF locations and timestamps. Our payment provider processes checkout details such as your email and billing information. Support messages contain the information you choose to send us. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request metadata and security logs.

Purpose and basis

We use this information to provide previews, fulfill purchases, restore downloads and answer support requests. Where applicable, this processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you. Security, fraud prevention and request limits support our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Some payment and accounting records must be kept to meet legal obligations.

Photos and artwork

Your photo is sent to OpenAI to generate the requested artwork. The application does not intentionally save the original upload in its product database or storage bucket. Your browser holds the selected photo while the page is open. Generated books are saved in private Supabase storage and provided through time-limited download links. We do not intentionally publish uploads or books in a public gallery.

Service providers and international processing

Vercel hosts the application, OpenAI processes images, Supabase stores order records and PDFs, and Paddle processes purchases as merchant of record. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and processing may occur outside your country. We use available contractual and security measures where required for international transfers. Contact us for details about the arrangements applicable to your request.

Retention

Generated books and order records remain stored to provide download recovery and support. There is currently no automatic expiration or deletion schedule for those records. You may request deletion by email; we will remove information that is no longer necessary, subject to any records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute. Provider logs and backups follow the respective provider retention schedules.

For daily preview limits, the application stores a date, request count and a salted one-way hash derived from the request IP address. It does not intentionally save the original IP in that table. These records currently have no automatic deletion schedule and are reviewed or deleted manually when no longer needed.

Browser storage

We save the Paddle transaction identifier in your browser local storage so you can recover your order on the same browser. You can remove it by clearing site data; doing so may prevent automatic order recovery. Paddle may use storage or cookies needed for checkout, fraud prevention and payment security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us using the address above. We may ask for information to verify ownership of the affected order. You may also contact the competent data protection authority. Paddle handles requests concerning information it independently controls through its own privacy channels.

Children and uploads

The service is intended to be purchased and operated by adults. Upload only images you are entitled to use and avoid including people or unnecessary personal information in pet photos.
