TailSketch AI is operated by Dardan Shabani, an individual based in Kosovo. For delivery or quality issues, contact support@tailsketchai.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Never send a full card number or security code.

Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout. You can request a refund through the support link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Paddle processes refunds under its Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Digital delivery and withdrawal

Each book is generated for your order and delivered as a PDF. Refund and withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and the Paddle policy in effect at purchase. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, it remains available unless it has been validly waived under the applicable rules. Starting generation alone does not mean you have waived a legal right.

Technical failures

If your payment succeeds but your book cannot be generated or downloaded, contact us so we can restore delivery or regenerate the file. If we cannot resolve the issue, you can request a refund through Paddle. You do not have to accept regeneration instead of a refund where the law entitles you to a refund.

Quality issues

AI artwork may vary from your source photo; the free preview shows the general style. If the PDF has blank pages, is corrupt or the output is materially unusable or not as described, contact us with details. We will assess the issue and help with correction, regeneration or a refund request, as appropriate.

Other refund requests

For change-of-mind or other requests, contact Paddle promptly. Its policy provides for case-by-case discretionary review and applicable statutory rights; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Any greater protection required by applicable law continues to apply.
