Who operates TailSketch AI

TailSketch AI is operated by Dardan Shabani, an individual based in Kosovo. For product support or questions about these terms, contact support@tailsketchai.com.

The service and delivery

Upload a pet photo to create a personalized digital activity book with 8 AI-generated coloring scenes, 8 activities and a cover: 17 PDF pages in total. This is a digital download; no physical product is shipped. Generation starts after payment verification and usually takes a few minutes, but provider delays can occur. Keep the page open until the download is ready. If the process is interrupted, return using the same browser and use the recovery button, or contact support.

Price and payment

The advertised base price is USD 19.99 per book as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown in checkout before you pay. Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout and handles payment, tax collection, receipts and refunds under its buyer terms.

Your upload

You must be at least 18 to purchase and operate the service. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content. You authorize the processing of your image by the service and its AI provider to fulfill your request.

AI-generated output

Artwork is generated automatically and may differ from the source photo. We aim to preserve recognizable features but cannot guarantee an exact likeness. Use the free preview to assess the style. Report blank pages, corrupt files or materially unusable output to support.

Personal-use license

Purchased PDFs are for personal, non-commercial use. You may print them for yourself or give printed copies as personal gifts. You may not resell or redistribute the digital file. You retain your rights in the source photo; we do not claim exclusive copyright in AI-generated output.

Support and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to request help or a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or undelivered products.

Availability and responsibility

We may limit requests to prevent abuse or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance and provider outages. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
